As a trained mental health professional, Rose is skilled at offering coaching and perspective to people seeking clarity, ease, direction or healing. In her spiritual life coaching she blends her professional expertise as a mental health counselor with her psychic and intuitive gifts as a shamanic guide and medium to create a safe container in session.

In this safe container, you and Rose will tune into the wisdom from your guides, ancestors, angels, and your higher (wisdom) self. Rose acts as a guide alongside her client’s journey and views them with unconditional positive regard and loving-kindness; this helps her clients see their challenges in a light of self-acceptance.

Rose works with several tarot, oracle card decks and runes to help clients answer burning life questions from a higher spiritual perspective. In session you will be able to choose which deck(s) or tools call to you and ask any questions that are on your heart or mind. Rose will help you create a sacred container and use the cards and runes as a medium to consult with your angels, ancestors and guides to gain wisdom and perspective on the path ahead. It is a fun and creative process that never ceases to delight and surprise the receiver of a reading.

Mental Health Therapy

Rose is a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years’ experience in individual and group therapy, crisis work, and case management with diverse client populations in a variety of settings. She has a gift for connecting easily with individuals from a variety of backgrounds with a wide range of challenges to overcome. Her approach is direct but kind and focused on helping clients find empowerment, self-acceptance, greater joy, sources for meaning, and deep inner peace. Her therapeutic approach helps clients build upon their strengths, practice radical self-love and acceptance, and create momentum towards changing harmful patterns, relationships, and behaviors one step at a time so they can live with more joy and fulfillment.

Rose has a special interest in working with ADHD, trauma healing (post traumatic growth), somatic healing, issues related to sex and relationships, and substance use recovery. She works with clients ranging from ages 13 to 100 and really enjoys both adolescent and senior clients’ perspectives. Rose is trained in therapeutic modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (M-CBT), Somatic Trauma Processing Therapy (STPT) and Positive Psychology.

Rose is also a yoga and meditation teacher, an intuitive energy healer, a ritual master, and a divination tools reader (tarot, oracle cards and runes). She can incorporate these spiritual aspects of her training and path as desired by the client.

Yoga & Meditation

Rose offers both group and private yoga instruction, adjusted for individual student’s needs, experience level, and desired outcomes. Instruction modalities include: power vinyasa flow yoga, beginner’s yoga, mat pilates, yogalates (core-strength focused yoga), restorative yoga, yin yoga, and guided meditation.

Rose believes yoga has the power to heal and empower people to find their voice and love themselves and their bodies. Rose fell in love with yoga when she began practicing regularly to relieve stress during social work graduate school in 2009. Inspired to add yoga to her therapeutic work with clients, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2013.

She began her teaching career in a women’s prison which gave her the unique privilege of teaching incarcerated women with various ability levels from a wide range of backgrounds. This taught her to meet students from all different backgrounds where they are with a trauma-informed approach, and inspired her to be very creative with her flow sequencing. Her classes are intuitive, athletic, down-to-earth, and strike a balance between flexibility and strength with fluid and graceful transition inspired by her childhood training in modern dance and ballet. They are set to a fun and inspiring soundtrack that matches the energy of the flow.

Outside the studio, Rose loves to teach at music festivals, parties and other events both indoors and outside!
